We use this information only to generate and provide the personalized FlightMellow product.
We do not ask you to provide your child’s name, health information, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through the personalization wizard.
B. Order and transaction information
When you purchase FlightMellow, we may receive order-related information from Shopify, including:

- confirmation number;
- payment status;
- purchased product;
- transaction status;
- checkout email;
- order timestamps.
Full payment card details are processed by Shopify and its payment providers and are not directly stored by FlightMellow.

FlightMellow does not intentionally send the answers entered in the personalization wizard, access codes, emails, plan tokens, or order details to Meta through the custom pre-checkout events implemented on the FlightMellow website.

FlightMellow uses Meta Pixel on the public website and Meta’s official Shopify integration in the checkout environment.

- progression through the pre-checkout funnel;
- checkout and purchase activity through Shopify;

- cookie or advertising identifiers.
Meta may process this information according to its own terms and privacy policies.
FlightMellow does not intentionally include personalization wizard answers, customer email addresses, Access Codes, plan tokens, or downloadable content in custom Meta event parameters.

16. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
FlightMellow is sold to adults.
We do not knowingly sell directly to children or request children to create accounts or provide personal information directly.
The personalization wizard asks the adult purchaser to select an age range relevant to the child for product personalization.
Parents and guardians should not provide unnecessary personal information about children.

17. AUTOMATED PERSONALIZATION
FlightMellow uses the answers provided in the personalization wizard to determine which predefined content and plan structure is presented to the customer.
The current FlightMellow personalization system is deterministic and does not make legal, financial, medical, employment, credit, or similarly significant decisions about individuals.
18. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
FlightMellow may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.
You should review the privacy policies of those services before providing personal information.
